OUR roots
We began making our Shea Butter Cream because we wanted to use all natural products we could trust. Our son, who was just a year old at the time, had some pretty dry skin. It seemed counterintuitive to use products that contained alcohol, and it didn’t feel right to use things that had ingredients we couldn’t pronounce. So Kristen started using shea butter and gradually added and experimented until she found a formula that worked really well. Our Shea Butter
Our Shea Butter Cream is made at home and with love. When we started making small batches for our son, we chose all natural ingredients and organic ones when possible. We wanted to be sure that what we put into the jars would provide nourishment for his skin. Over time, as we made gifts of the cream to friends and church family, people began asking to buy jars to give to their friends and relatives. Even as we have grown, however, each batch is still the product of our little kitchen and made with the same care and time as the first.
